My Radio is not locked now, the led does not light up at all, but I want to find out what the codes are in the radio, I am going to put it away for winter and I just want to find out what code is for future I am going to disconnect battery
Don't worry about it. The code is only a concern if you were to remove the radio and try installing it in another vehicle. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but disconnecting the battery should not cause you a problem. Tuck her in good and tell her sleep tight for a long winters nap.
If Theft-Deterrent feature of your radio has been activated and your car loses power, the radio goes into LOC (theft-lock) mode. There's no way to find the code that someone else has set that I'm aware of, but here's what you can do when it locks:

Not true.
Following quote from the 2003 Corvette Owner's Manual:
Theft-Deterrent Feature
THEFTLOCK® is designed to discourage theft of your radio. It works by using a secret code to disable all radio functions whenever battery power is interrupted.
The THEFTLOCK feature for the radio may be used or ignored. If ignored, the system plays normally and the radio is not protected by the feature. If THEFTLOCK is activated, your radio will not operate if stolen.
When THEFTLOCK is activated, the radio will display LOC to indicate a locked condition anytime battery power has been interrupted. If your battery loses power for any reason, you must unlock the radio with the secret code before it will operate.
