you might remember my photoshop thread. Well I used some of that to make a design for a custom clock I'm going to try to make.
What do you think?
** UPDATE **
here is my 1st test fit. I used a clock at work. And everything went great.
Now I just have to go to the store and pick up some clocks to use.
Sorry for the bad pic, but the digital camera we hav at work is about 10 years old but you get the idea.
That is really nice, what would be the odd's of getting the color of your C5 on it???
I dont want to make any promises until I gat this 1st one done, to make sure it will work. But if oher people like it, I'm sure I can work something out.

Here's an old thread - same idea... low-cost neon clock from Wal-Mart and a little time getting it together (pictures are 1/2 way down the thread)... and as mentioned in that old thread, I STILL cannot locate the original thread I created

This may be a dumb question but.....I have a spare (bad) Z06 rim I want to make a clock out of for the garage. Can the guts from any clock work or does it have to come from the same size/diameter as the rim to keep the right time? I was thinking of making longer hands so they would almost reach the outer edge of the rim.

Thanks
If you don't make the hands so long (heavy) the motor can't keep up you should be good.
