How much should #$%^#$ Dealer charge?

It was the last weekend that the track is open here (Byron is about 80-90 miles west of Chicago) The track runs straight south and we had a solid 30 mph wind out ot the south west with gusts close to 50mph (they were debating even keeping the track open but there were only about 30 cars there and they were all street cars with the exception of about 4-5 cars) Initial track prep was great, pulled on the line, first run was a 11.79@117.90 with a 1.81 60' (this run I rode the clutch which did produce a soft pedal so I decided not to power shift this run after feeling the clutch on the 1-2 shift) I tried to launch the car for the next few runs a bit more aggresive (getting the clutch out faster) which worked great right off the line but the track had started going away and I started breaking the tires loose at the end of first with nasty wheel hop, after 1-2 hours the track condition went in the toilet, and all of us began to have traction issues (even the 2 cars in our group sitting on ET Drags) so we decided to call it a day. I made a total of 6 passes and the worst run of the day was a 11.94@118.82
Overall Im happy, I would really love to get a day with good weather and good track prep (I cant seem to pair the 2 up with each other) so until next year this is my best ET.
I am definately going to look into a bit more of an aggresive clutch, the stock one is not that bad considering the HP output of these cars but my last vette which was a 10 second ride on Nittos had a aftermarket clutch and was able to pull mid 1.6x 60's all day, I liked the fact that I didnt have to play around and be careful of not getting it too hot launching aggresively and I could also run the car back to back.... I flushed the fluid like Ranger mentioned and it did indeed help a bit but I still dont like the fact that the holding power goes south after an agressive launch.

Your a real DRIVER DUDE and those are FANTASTIC TIMES especially with the GALE FORCE WINDS that we had in the Chicago Metro Area on SUnday. How did you tune the LGMS so quickly. Probably on the street if i know you (as I remember when i first met you in 01 you had the computer program hooked up to your 96 grand sport at BYRON)!!!
GREAT JOB dude and great decision to go with the best headers for N/A Z06s on the market. HAVE to LOVE THESE CARS and GREAT DRIVING FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!
NOw all you need is a G5X3 Cam and some AFR 205 Heads and you will be running low 11s and will be in C6 Z06 territory!!!!!!!
