Stainless Steel Vert Hoops

I was thinking of installing those stainless steel (or chrome) hoops behind the seats on my very. I was wondering how difficult they are to install myself. What tools are required and how much time does the process take. Finally any pics or advice would be much appreciated.

1. Basically remove the water fall
2. pull the carpet back
3. you will need to trim some of the adhesive off he floor bucket to make them sit level.
