Price Check
This guy is selling an 00 Vert in great condition it appears besides a small leak in the top between the window and top during heavy rain and a few rock chips. His bottom price is 29.9k with 38k on the odometer. I told him for this price I could get an 01 or 02 z06 with the same miles. What is a good price to tell him? He said he will prolly kick himself after he sells it so this just means he doesn't really want to sell so he will keep his price high so no one buys right? His auction only got up to 23k with 15 bids. I know winter is coming and prices should be lower. Thanks for the help! 
P.S. Why are converts, such as 00 still trying to be sold for upper 20's when 01 coupes are mid 20's?

I bought my 99 vert from a chevy dealer for much less than that last spring. It had half those miles, and the top doesn't leak!

Yes, he is too high. Maybe a top of $25.5 or so would be more appropriate.
