Two bolts hold the caliper brackets on, remove them, slide of caliper and bracket, change rotors, reverse. Go to the FAQ to find the torque specs. Some type of impact wrench would be nice to remove those two bolts.
You need 21mm socket and 18" breaker bar for bolts. Turn wheels full lock to get torque wrench and good leverage. 125 ft-lb.
I push pads back with a heel bar and remove calipers first. It's a 15mm bolt and you need a 16-18mm (can't remember) to hold flats on pin after you break bolt loose.
I think you are supposed to use Loctite 271 Red on bolts or get new ones, but I never do.
The ones from GM are not zinc washed. You will have rusty holes, hats, and vanes within 2 days of install. Take the time to either paint them or clear them.
You can also use rotor hat covers, that's what I did with my "Dura-Stops." Mine are powder coated red to match the calipers. Painting would be cheaper though...

He won't need to remove the calipers from the bracket.
