Must have been a bad day for Vettes yesterday - this is the second thread in a row that I have seen about having accidents. Hope the body shop does a good job on the car.

Same thing happened to me 4 months ago... cost $1200 with brand new rear fascia... the good news about it is we both have some cool wall art to display now. Be sure they get a perfect match on the paint (this is nearly impossible unfortunately)
Count your blessings she had insurance. Back in 1978, I was driving my 72 Mustang down Pacific Coast Highway when a young chick turned left in front of me, hitting my left rear quarter panel. She had no insurance, no I.D. lived out of state, and the car was a hotel rental that she borrowed from a friend. . Fortunately a CHP witnessed the whole thing and the chick looked great in her bikini. But she skipped out on her obligations so I had to pay the $200.00 deductible to get my car fixed.
Piece of advice you may or may not care to have====
DEMAND that her insurance pay you a DEPRECIATION chunk of change!!! Do NOT settle claim until they agree to this. They WILL do it. About 7 or 8 years ago I purchased a brand new Z28 and 1 month later a guy was cutting through grocery store parking lot and hit me in the side. I REFUSED to settle claim until they agreed to pay depreciation on my car!
If you want to know how much your car depreciated, call a dealership and ask them what "trade in" value on your vette is. Then tell them it has paint work and was rear ended. That difference is what you should get from the insurance company! Approximately 15-20% on average car, 25-30% on a Corvette or other "exotic" car!
No matter how cute the girl was----your car has taken a BIG hit in value!!!! And it wasn't your fault she rear ended you!
Sorry to hear. As for price, it should be her insurance that pays, so let them take care of it and don't settle for anything less than OEM parts. Good luck with the repairs.
