Here's to you for being more concerned of hurting someone else than yourself.
You are a good man Stu, glad to be able to have you around longer!

Well, I know how THAT feels, only I got into the situation because of freezing rain in Connecticut, way back in 79.......NO FUN! God was watching you, bro!

Hey Stu...just adding my voice to the list of grateful forum members who are glad that you are okay. You and I both know that even when both seats are full in your Vette there is always somebody else riding with us and He was watching over you today!
Glad you are okay and that neither you nor anyone else was injured. I speak the peace of God over you as you deal with the images and thank Him for watching over you!
Blessings,
Scott

Holy Moley!!! I am very glad this all turned out okay. You know my first thought after I read what happened, and then you said you're okay and no apparent damage to the car, was I hope he had a change of underwear...... But that would have been in poor taste. But since a couple of other before me commented on your seat cushion - I guess it's okay to say it.
So did you have to change your underwear when you got home?
All kidding aside - I'm glad everything is okay, and good job at regaining control.

When I was 17, with not a lot of driving experience, I did something slightly similar in my brothers Hemi Dodge on a small 2 way street. It was icy and the car had a 3-speed manual. I completely lost it and the thing was doing 360s and I don't know what else. Mind you, there were cars parked on both sides of a residential street. I had no idea what was happening until it came around to the right direction and nothing or nobody got hurt. Their cars had none of the active handling like our modern cars. Just a lot of HP and go power. I have had performance cars all my life and that was the most memorable for me

Darn Stu, I'm so glad you and your car are OK! maybe you should consider a different tire?? You run those drag radials don't you? If you need help cleaning her I'll come down from Jacksonville and give you and hand. Really I won't mind just say the word and I'll bring the Zaino.
