If you haven't got these yet, you got to get'em! They are so bright, that when you step on the brakes, the car behind your's interior is totally lit up. Should be a great deterant from getting rearended. Also thanks to other CF'ers about info on turn signal fix on my C5. I was messing around aweek ago and stumbled upon the "push the hazzard button 5 or 6 times" fix, now I feel whole again. L.E.D.'s? Best 350.00 ever spent

Is it possible for you to post the site that offers these?

Next, do you know if there is any affect on the LED's if you have the sequential turn signal mod?

I've seen a few pics of LED taillights - which ones did you get? Some look very good, others not the best.

They are a very cool mod. I got my "halo" LED lights off E-Bay. They are the exact same ones sold by the large vendors.

Those look good. I've been trying to find a different type that uses the stock housing...

Someone one time had a link to a expanding "tree" style of LED replacement bulb, that once you stuck it into the bulb opening it was able to branch out and spread the light around inside a stock housing.

But i can't find the link. Anyone remember the one I'm talking about?

I have read a few posts from those that have installed the LED's that said the sequential mod still works BUT they blinked so fast that it took away the effect.

BTW, the LED's I got off of E Bay are the exact ones sold by Mid America and Ecklers's but the price is $199 instead of $349.

Thanks for the info

I do love the LED's, but may have to pass due to the sequential.

However - what is the link to the e-bay guy?

What a very cool mod. They sure seem more modern looking, and, evidently light up much brighter. Hmmmm.

Just curious. How about if one of the led lights goes out, is there any way of changing out just one of the lights?

Got mine off e-bay and they are great. When first installed they blinked really fast but after an hour or so they blinked normal. Get them, great buy.

I got my L.E.D.'S from MIDAMERICA, "halo design" as shown on Stephen T's photos. I had to remove my sequentials also,BUMMER! I dont know if a H.D. flasher is available. That would be the fix for trailer lighting problems.

These lights are absolutely beautiful.

Even when they're turned off a person can tell that they look good.
