I can't help with the install yet, but I ordered a Draw-tite hitch from these guys last week. I recieved an e-mail telling me it had shipped 3 hours after I placed the order, so so far so good.
----------------------------------------
Short follow-up: I ordered the hitch Last tuesday evening; early afternoon in the US. Like I said before the hitch was in stock and shipped out the same day. It arrived today. This is an all time record for shipping since I've been in Germany. 6-days from the time it was ordered until it was sitting in my living room. I'll install it this weekend and see how that goes, but so far I couldn't be happier with etrailer. Most of the time I takes weeks if everything goes right, and months if something goes wrong with the order, so I wasn't even expecting it to get here for at least another week or 2.

It is a bit of a bitch to install because you have to fish nuts inside the rear tube crossmember. As I recall you need a ~1" holesaw. It has been a while. If you buy a plain black plug it will never be noticed when not in use.
