Z06 Wheel Problem
A friend of mine has a 2003 Z06. Today he discovered he had a cracked wheel (stock). He was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if he should replace the other 3 wheel while he has it at the dealership. Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

There have been a few items with chrome REPO rims at HPDE. They are not as strong as OEM Z rims, and much more brittle. Chroem repos look great, bt are not for the twisties with high loads. I will go and check out my OEM rims, but then agian the rears have not been run on the car since... well ever 
I have a set of Kuhmo ESCA V700s, very worn on them now, for a HPDE day with great wheather, cheepo shaved R comps!

Sorry it took so long to get the rest of the info. While my friend was checking the tire pressure on the driver side rear he noticed the crack. The crack went all the way thru the spoke. The dealer just happened to have a wheel on hand and switched it out for him. All other wheels were fine. No telling how long it was like that.
