MGW Gripper... lowered the shift height about 3/4". Been very satisfied with it.

I've got that exact **** and it is the most comfortable **** I have had. I have tried a few others and I like the MGW much better. I did also cut the stock shifter about an inch and that also made all the difference in the world.
