what kind of paint do you all use and do u have to bake it to get that glow?

I know Chad uses House of Kolors and I know he bakes the base coat on (in my case the base color was black. Thats my car he posted the pics of up above). I'm not sure if he bakes them again after he does the flames or not.

Yes, I use HOK. The pieces were "baked" (heated) just to speed up the curing process. Typically, my pieces are baked after the base coat, and then again after clear. It also helps the clear run smoother and set and lay down smooth.
