Jack Problem
i can't jack my car high enough to put the stands under,but if i remove the saddle they fit.can i put the car on the stands only. thanks

Get a jack that will lift higher, or place your jack on a 2x10 lying flat on the floor and that will give you another 1 and a half inches higher. or get a set of Rhino Ramps. Never take the saddles off the stands.

yup, put some wood between the jack and your car.

Not a great idea. Those saddles help the car to stay in place should there be some movement of the car on the stands. Try driving up on a "2-by" board first. That will give you 1.5 inches more to work with.
