Yes it is. It is lowered on stock bolts, my mechanic did it for me when I had the car in for service, he didn't like the 4X4 look so he lowered it .

Yes it is, I used lowering bolts for the rear, then I took the bushing from the rear and cut off the upper and lower thin parts, took out the pads in the front and used the thin pieces as the new bushings (glued them in) and when I dropped it back down this is what I got....look below.
