You can go to a local exhaust shop and have a piece of pipe welded from the turn that goes to your muffler right out the inside exhaust outlet. Basically by-passing your muffler, but only when you get on it.

I did it myself on my Corsa exhaust. Made a very noticeable difference. I love the sound! . . . Deeper, sort of a more exotic type of sound.
Edit: FYI - I also have TPIS long tubes, Borla cross pipe, stock cats, and a forged stroker running 11.6:1 CR, with heads and cam. So that might contribute to a more noticeable difference in sound, as compared to some who say they didn't hear much difference (stock maybe???).
