Im thinking about buying a non pop up / fixed headlight kit (what ever they should be called)
Who has them / which kit is best / who sells them and how much?
pictures of the kit on your car would be great.
the C5R's are pretty nice... but pricey and crappy quality. there really is no other option. Specter Werks sells the C5R kit. see my sig for pic link, pages 6, 7 i think...

yea, Specter Werks also makes a fairly flush mount kit as well, but it does not use projectors... its still a halogen bulb setup, though high powered... if u look over their site, im sure u'll find it!

those headlights are indeed awesome!!! that company is actually selling that 98' red vert, as is, for $78,000!!!
i love the front end and hood setup on that car, but those door skins just ain't cuttin it...
and fr $2000, those headlights aren't even projectors!!! still normal halogens!!! not to mention, cutting up you fenders and hood... you'll end up spending 7g's + for lighting that comparable to stock!!! Ouch!

Thanks to everyone who replied. I think I will just leave the stock lights in the car. The more I think about it, being that I now have almost 700 hp to the tires who really sees the front end anyway Maybe I can find a way to make the tail lights blink a morse code signal saying GOOD BYE
how was the install? i also heard that the breathless kit was a pita to install!!!
im really looking into these!
I had a friend install it and it took a couple of hours. If you are handy or mechanically inclined, two things that I am not, then it's not too bad. I get alot of positive feedback especially from the little fans that are designed to keep moisture from building up on the top of the plastic lens cover. The light emmitted is also really nice with super bright low beams and the Catz High Beams
