First vette
Hi I just bought my first vette just recently. Its a navy blue 2000 coupe. I'm sure that some of you are familiar with this car. I first saw the car on ebay. I knew instantly that it was the car that I have been looking for over the last two years. It was very strange. So I bought a plane ticket and flew to Houston to test drive a car of my dreams. The car was everything I had hoped it would be and meticulously taken care of. So I flew back to Illinois. The whole thing seemed like a dream to me. Well I made an offer and with in a week the car was in my garage. The corvette that I bought was from Jason Crawford or Busa196. Jason had many positve things to say about the people at corvette forum and I hope to have the same experience. So now that the weather is a balmy +17 degrees and I will not be able to drive the car untill April sometime and it still feels like a dream to me. I have to open the door to the garage to see the car to make myself believe it is real. Well thats it for now I ope to make some new contacts in the forum. Thanks,Ken
