Many thanks to VinnieR 
for the HomeLink System. It's wonderful to get rid of that bulky garage door opener. My wife keeps pointing out that the Homelink came with her car and that maybe I should get something better like she has (a Buick LaSabre? 
)

The way to get Homelink transmitters is Ebay. You buy/bid on salvage visors which have the Homelink installed in them. Do a search on the forum and you'll find plenty of info on the process.
