Too many veriables to specutlate, I think the car would be capable of 10's with the amount of HP you would add but with the stock clutch and tires on the car no way. Also to take advantage of a blower you would definately want to do long tubes.
With a stock Z06 115mph seems to be an average trap speed, with a blower you should pick up around 8-10mph.... with a good clutch and slicks (throw some really good driving in there too) and a 10 second pass is not unrealistic.
