Spring Mountain Motorsports and purchase of 04 Z
Merry Christmas gentlemen. My wonderful wife has given me a gift certificate to SMM for the 3 day Corvette driving school. In addition this week we will be looking at 2 Z06s ( both 04) and perhaps by New Years eve I'll also be the proud owner of my next Corvette. I'd like some feedback from any members that have attended SMM. Thanx and have a great Christmas!

I went back in Jan 2003 when it was known as Bragg-Smith. Lots of fun and learned a whole bunch about how to handle these beasts.
I made a web page about my trip to Bragg-Smith. Bragg-Smith Level 1
A bunch of us from the NE section filled a class and are going to Spring Mountain in April. Where it was all M6 manual tranny's in 2003, I will get to do the class in an automatic this time (which is good because all I drive these days are A4s).

I went to the 3 day course in March 2005 and it was the best money I've invested in my Vette so far. You'll learn some great techniques including heel toe shifting. When we first started the exercises I thought I would never master it. Now I do it without even thinking about it. Its a great course run by some equally great instructors. Trust me, you're gonna have a great time.

Did the Level 1 3-day course a few years ago with my brother and two other friends (all Vette owners). Simply the most fun we have EVER had!
