I am getting ready to order my headers for my 02 Z that is lowered with cut bushings and longer bolts. I am either going with kooks or lg's. Do either of those hang down past the bottom of the car? Has anyone had a problem with headers on really low vettes?

I have the Kooks and they stay tucked up nicely around the oil pan. As the 3" pipes enter the tunnel, LG's too, keep the clamps turned in where they will not hang down. Good luck on your decision.
Mines lowered, no bushings cut though. I have LG's and they dont touch at all, never have. The clamp bolts did once but I rotated them more and solved that problem.
I have LT headers, they DO drag, but I know the areas where I need to take it at an angle It's totally worth lowering and I would never give up the headers
I have belangers, after a year or so theres slight flat spots on mine, nothing to lose sleep over though, should be ok. Just take everything at an angle.
I Have The New American Racing Headers And They Are A New Design. The The Guy That Built These Is The Same Guy That Designed The Headers For Kooks Now He Has His Own Place. LGs hang down some and will scrap on a extremely low car. Primarily on speed bumps, etc. My Z06 has cut bushings in front, longer bolts in back and the LGs do not scrape. If you go much lower thatn that though you will scrape occasionaly. Nothing terrible though.
