Nice design, but not being SS to me is a deal breaker. Stainless Works design is very close to the TPIS design but as you may have guessed by their name, they are in stainless.

I installed them on a C6 last year. Mine were very early in the TPIS production run for the C6 headers, and I had a clearance problem with the steering shaft; ended up taking them off and returning for a refund. The folks at TPIS were totally accommodating. I could not have asked for better service under some rather disappointing circumstances. I know from the experiences of others, they are good headers and make good power. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Got 'em on my '01. No problems to speak of. I don't care that they're not stainless (the stock manifolds weren't, either). Fitment is good, and sound is great.

They seem to make good power. My 2000 FRC had a set on it when I bought the car 3 yrs ago. They did have considerable corrosion, especially down low near the collector. One of the plug wire boots touched the primary tube for that cylinder on the drivers side. The exhaust pipes were home made and a mess, and there were no cats.

In the end, I replaced everything with LG pros w/ random tech hi flow 3" cats and 3" pipes, kept the corsa indies. There was no appreciable difference in the before and after dyno runs (2 hp increase, too close to call), so I figure the LGs compensated for the 5-6 hp loss from adding the cats plus a little.

If you go with them, consider having them jet coated. Hope this helps.

(by the way, the LGs fit and finish is excellent)

I have TPIS Stainless Steel ceramic coated. Love them.

Loud, but not as loud as Borlas or LGs.

Nice power gains, especially in mid-range off-the-shelf.
I have the X-pipe, Random Cats & Factory Ti exhaust. Nearly factory-quiet @ cruise & idle, but howl @ WOT!

I've got them on my Z16, but just ordered LG Ceramic Pro's, with Random Tech cats, as I'm going with a power upgrade soon.

I have them on mine. They are good. Haven't had the car on the dyno to measure the results.
