Haven't seen any either. Only thing I have seen in red is the guage bezel set.

I have the red bezel set but it produces almost no "night effect".
The blue or purple color effected with the aluminum bezels is the result of the black light(s) in the instrument cluster.
If you found a way to replace those lights with something red that provided the same function of lighting the dash you would be on to something.

Red light is the best color to protect night vision.
All the floods in my F4 and Tornado cockpits were red. That way you adjust to ambient and can see better.
May not help too much in the average floodlit street
