I replace my oil every 3k miles. Other fluids only when my manual advises.

I run HPDEs with my car so I replace the trans/dif fluid once a year, bleed the brakes before every event, and change the oil every 6k or just before each event.

trans and diff: every 3-4 weekends on the track

brake fluid: Depending on the brake fluid, with Castrol SRF twice a year flush and bleed before each track weekend.

On cars with other DOT 4 fluid, full flush before each track weekend.

On our street vett and trucks twice a year.
Track car
radiator: twice a year

powersteering fluid: bleed or syphine out and replace the week before each track event.

clutch fluid: was once a year but that was not enough

AU N EGL's numbers are essentially the same as mine, but I'll add that I change the oil about every two track weekends as I didn't note that he addressed engine oil.

Hopefully I'm not stealing the thread, but do you guys change your Tranny and Diff fluid yourself? If so, is there a DIY write-up somewhere on how to do it properly?

^ Yes it's very easy. The trans and dif both have drain and fill holes. Just go get 2 fluid hand pumps for like $5 at your local auto parts store, they screw on to the bottle and you pump the fluid in. The transaxel takes just over 3 quarts like 3.2 and the rear dif is 1.6 quarts. Just fil until it overflows a smidge. I don't have any links to how-tos. Juat make sure you can get the fill plug out first before draining the unit!
