These will get you in the ballpark. Print the large one on an 11x17 printer. Glue them to some thin cardboard, and then trace around them on the screen. You will have to trim and refit several times to get them to fit right. The screens are gutter screens. The black trim is screen spline. It is black rubber with a hole in the center. You have to split the spline with an x-acto knife, and fit it over the edges. These are press fit into the openings.
For the sides, I held a piece of cardboard behind the opening and traced the opening, then cut the screen abour 3/8" bigger. I used clear RTV on the edges of the opening and placed the screens in the RTV. I used some string tied off to the mirror and some othe location to hold them in place until the RTV set up.
I basically did the same for the rears, but I cut the screen (used one for both openings) about an inch larger. Held the screen up to the opening and made a mark, then bent the edges of the screen so that they fit tight over the edge of the opening. When you get under there, you will see that the openings have a ridge all the way around. Once you get the screens so that they will stay by themselves, you can spread the RTV around the edges and press the screens into place. You can use some string here too, to hold them until the set up.
I spent the better part of two days on these, but saved about $120 or so, and I think they look just fine.
There was a post last year with some pics. I will see if I can find it.

Good templates
does anyone have close ups of their screens in their correct positions in the bumper? im having trouble fitting my screens nicely in the fog light openings.
