tire question
i was in a bit of a bind a few days ago, when my right rear . i discovered had two nails in ... one on the side wall and one in the middle of the tire ..... .. I just made it to a Just Tires .. and the only tire in my size was a Goodyear Eagle F1 275 ..40.. 18 . for this tire they charged $330.00. It did not sound right to me.. but i had no choice .. so ... my question to all of you is .... does it sound .. right or did i totally just get taken.

If it's a (stock) F1 GS EMT, you got a good deal.
Tirerack price is $376, and they are almost always cheaper than local stores.
Runflat tires for these cars are not cheap, the OE Goodyears especially. There are cheaper alternatives, but for replacing one tire, it's best to keep them all the same.

Some times you do not have the opportunity to shop around, as in an emergency situation. Thankfully, you were able to get to a shop, pronto, and, purchase a replacement.

umm well i feel a bit better
yesturday i was a reck .. but ... it looks like .. i was lucky. in some ways. i initially wanted to go for bigger tires .. but i just might have to put another F1 on now....so.. anyway thanks for the important...
