Been thinking about painting the seat adj. bezel rather than getting the one that Mid America sells. How difficult is it to get it off and do I have to remove the seats to do it?
After you've got the seat out go to Step 11. It's quite straight forward but you'd be hard pushed with the seat in the car. May be possible by undoing the bolts and jiggling the seat a bit to get better access.

The seats come out with four bolts and disconnecting the harness underneath - not that hard. Personally seems like a lot of effort to just to change the color of the bezel. It would be a more worthwhile time investment if you had the seats apart for some other reason - like a VE upgrade!
