GB, I've given up - thrown in the towel, done, finito, kaput, expired and gone to meet my Maker.
With every mod you, Jim, Tom and others do - I'm slipping further and further behind. I figure I'm at an even 10 years behind you guys, I'll never catch up . . .
At last something to bring your car a little attention. Very nice just finished reading article in VETTE . Keeps getting better and I didn't know the doors worked both ways.

Hey how'd I get roped into that group? I just bolted on a few "essential mods" over the years, certainly nothing extravagant.
Hey Jim nice mod. How are the alignment specs on the quater and door? I have heard horror stories about the panels never fitting like factory. By the way who airbrushed the flames on your car?
Hi Jeremy, thanks.
All the panels ligned up fine.
Jeff, who owns the shop, said it took a lot of work to get them right.
This is the third time he's had these parts off the car in the last few months.
He had them off twice during the painting process.
Another friend of mine, Mark Glover, did the airbrush work.
Take it slow until you perfect it, 3 months for me now and still hit sometimes. The 'up and down' play will get worse (if it doesnt than your lucky). Good luck with them, and get ready to talk to more people than you used to. The doors are a huge conversation piece. ie. how much are they, where'd you get them, are they heavy, the list goes on. I love it!lol have fun with them and good luck.
Doug
Thanks for the heads-up and the doors look great on your vette!
Now that's one sweet looking vette!!! I've been thinking about adding the scissor doors to my ride so I can get out of tight spots... but I'm worried I won't be able to since I re-designed the entire porch, rocker and rear fender area. I have no idea how flexible the kits are. I guess I could just shave the door edge a little. Anyways sweet ride!!
