Little Help

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase the LS6 carbon fiber intake manifold for my 99 coupe at a good price?

as in C5 z06? I don't think they make one.

so you're talking the stock manifold? It's not Carbon Fiber. It's the same material as your stock manifold, it's just a little more open.

I was at the Chevyvette Fest in Chicago last November and one of the vendors had one on his display table. I don't remember if it was plastic, but very light.

What is the stock manifold made of? Does the intake increase HP?

The Ls6 intake manifold is an upgrade for you 00 or older LS1 if you have other mods...the ls1 intake manifold out flows yoru stock intake and exhaust. I believe the manifold is plastic.
