There was a survey taken once that said that the average Corvette owner had a college education. I am begining to think most of you didn't pass the 6th grade. Come on guys, lets use the word saw, not seen. I seen this, I seen that, I seen them. It makes you sound stupid. Also why would you have to ask a question like--Which way do I turn the oil pan drain plug to get it out, What floor mats should I use, How to close my hood and Where should I put my garge door opener? Lets give the impression that you are at least a High School grad.

Original purchasers are mostly college grads.(I am and I am not) C5s are up to 9 years old now. 3rd, 4th, 5th owners. Hell there might be some in trailer parks by now. I doubt there are many college grads there.
On your other point, The floormat posters should all be tazered.

IMHO
So much for HIGHER Education...Some say education is over rated. There are people out there with a "PHD" that don't have a "JOB".
The Corvette Forum is a place where one comes to relax and let their hair down (sort to speak). The demographics on Corvette owners is far from the truth. By the way you mis-spelled "begining" and "garge" proper spelling is beginning and garage my secret is SPELL CHECK Rsty

I love controversy ....
I also love the holier than thou attitude coped by some newbie here. Since when does a membership to the Corvette Forum require a college degree? This is a help forum not a critique on one's ability to spell or compose a sentence... If you do not have the ability to understand a few mis-spelled words or a run on sentence, then you need some empathy training. Hell, even Ebonics is accepted here. The off topic section is a place for such abuse..

There are about thirty places to buy floor mats and tons of different styles and someone who just bought a Vette may want some opinions. If you don't like floor mat or which way to I turn the oil drain plug posts...don't read them...
