If u had to choose between Corsa or Borla, what would u pick? Will be used as daily driver so no need for excessive noise, but need serious improvement over stock.
Thanks

You won't get an inbetween exhaust. They don't make one.
The Corsa's sound the same as stock untill you go WOT.
The Borla's and ones alike are loud all the time.
Personally, I have the borla's on my everyday driver vette and they are loud and there is drone, but I don't think it's that bad and actually want it a little louder to be honest.
I have Borla Stingers on my daily driver and wouldn't recommend anything else. The Borlas sound mean at WOT and at cruise you can still have a normal conversation. They make the Vette sound like it should imho

So far i am starting to get an idea, the most important thing to know, is how loud the resonance and drone is at highway crusing speeds. I know how awesome the system sounds like at idle and as a spectator seeing another vette wiht the system. I was wondering interior noise level?
I've got Borla dual-tips, and the noise level isn't too bad. But I did the sound insulation mod too, which helped considerably, especially stuffing the tunnel in the wheelwells. I don't really get any drone except when the car is under load, such as going up a hill, at about 1500 rpm (which is about 60 mph on my A4, 2.73 rear end). There's no drone that I can hear on a flat roadway at that speed. At freeway speeds, it's pretty quiet inside ... normal conversation is fine. Part of it may be that I'm just used to it ... it's not Lexus-quiet by any means.
It must not be illegally noisy on the outside either. I've been around police cars and they never give me a second look, except to admire the car.
Corsas wont drone. Also.. if you get them, get the pace car and not the touring. They are louder than stock and are loud at WOT.
Borla's are louder, and you will get a lil bit of drone. I like em though, sounds good. I've had both.

Go with Indys. There is a bit of a 'drone' at 1500 rpm under load, so to fix it, shift to a different gear. I only notice the drone in 6th under load. I know, I know, 6th gear is NOT for passing, but in the ocasional 'lazy mode' of driving, I notice it.

Avoid Borlas..if you thinking of Corsas you may as well go with the ZO6 Ti. Cost less..weight is less..titanium wear forever. Best free flowing mufflers out there...IMHO

Check out the GHL bullet series. Everybody says quiet at cruise with no drone.
I can vouch for that. Although, since replacing my runflats with Michelins, I can now actually hear my exhaust on the highway. No drone or resonance, but I can hear it. I like the sound a lot... not as loud as Borlas.
It is about tone and volume
Corsa's trumpet like an Indy car
Borla's growl like a Nascar with a lot less volume than Nascar but with more volume than stock
Zo6 Ti's growll but with less volume than Borla's
Billy Boats growl loudly( more loudly than Borla's
