I wish you the best of luck with this project and hope it works out well for you.

I see 2 problems to deal with, ground clearance will be minimal if you exit under the rocker panels which my look cool, but would not be practical, but any other way is going to require a lot of custome fabrication

2. What to do with the blank space left in the rear fascia, it's going to look naked w/o the exhaust.

keep us posted with the progress

IMO, go with scenario 3.

... i think you've got a good idea .. but i looked into this about 3 years ago.

it's not possible, well it is but only by cutting apart your frame, running the pipes down through the frame and then welding a whole new wider frame for it all to mesh.

some guy that did racecars told me about it and he said if he was ever asked to do it again he would simply say no.

The STS rear mount turbo system runs exhaust plumbing through the rocker panels. I have no idea if that system could be reverse engineered as an exhaust system or not. The problem I see is where the headers come down under the car and come together, to the rocker area. That's where your clearance issue would be.

Also, assuming you could overcome that issue, if you read any article about the Viper, they complain that the side pipes make the rocker panels so hot that it not only makes the cabin uncomfortable, it also makes it dangerously hot to the point of burning your leg if you come in contact with it. I believe that Dodge puts warning stickers on the rocker panel for liability reasons.
