99 heater problems

99 heater problems
My 99's heater blower motor started making growling noises then quit. i have worked on a lot of older vettes but i don't know my way around the newer ones. How hard is it to remove? Any tips for easy removal?

The blower motor on my '99 started to squeek last year. I drilled a small hole in the end cap and shot some oil in. It didn't last for long.
It takes about 20 minutes to R & R it. I recomend you replace it. I got one from GM Parts Direct. I tried one from the local parts store and when I turned it on it smoked. So get a genuine GM one and you will be happy with the results.
