Default siphoning gas

No I'm not looking to beat the high gas prices!!!!!

There is an upcoming indoor show that I want to attend. They will only allow 1/4 tank of gas in the car. Has anyone had any problems siphoning gas from a c5? Will the siphon tube fit all the way down the filler to the tank?

Thanks

Default gas

How about undoing the fuel line up front and using the fuel pump to get the extra gas out.

or if you have access to a lift, unbolt the fuel pump and go that route, i did that to install a pump, just make sure you have something to catch it, or drive your car around for a while

35 or 40 burnouts will do the trick

If your profile is up to date, you should know what driving is like in GA. If I want to run my car out of gas here in this state, I just get onto a main roadway. Traffic is always messed up like a football bat here and you can't get any gas mileage when you're in a constant state of slowing down. You shouldn't have any problems.

I agree - may be hard siphoning it out from dual tanks. Best to either drive it around until it gets down to the desired level or unhook a hose.
