Has anyone else looked at these cold air intakes? I see them on Ebay all the time for $24.99 Has anyone tried these? I see some with K&N filters for $49.99. Thoughts please

There are more than a few guys on this forum that use them. I "Personally" would not use one. I think you get what you pay for. There were a few threads done a while back where a couple of guys dyno'd their car and actually lost power. It had something to do with turbulance in the intake from the 2 different pipes.

If your looking for all show, then I dont think it would hurt any.. But why spend money on an engine mod that does NOTHING for the engine..

I agree; it'd be like buying Monroe shocks for your C5. I'd stay away from something that is so critical to the life of your LS1 and yet, so inexpensively made.
