C5R lights almost done

Now the passenger side took 3 hours! fit like it was made for a different car! none of the brackets lined up and I had to drill more holes in the bucket to make even. Its still not perfect but after 3 hours its about as good as its gonna get!
The problem is the quality control I am sure they could have been made much better.....
I junked the light bulbs that came with them and used some 85w catz 9005/9006 bulbs that do not have the coating on the end for the low beams .I used 9005 catz galaxy whites for the high beams.
I took out the plate inside the lens and when I turned them on tonite they are f___ing brite! brighter than my friends g45 next door with factory HID's
It takes some work to get them in but after all the info I got off the forum it was almost easy, and taking that plate out really helped alot I cant remember who posted that but thanx man it works...
Still have to get the covers painted and the pass side beam is going too far to the right but hell thats gonna have to wait till tomorrow!

Man I wish Specterwerkes could do something about the lousy QC on the C5R's because IMHO they are the best looking of the non pop ups.

if u want brighter lights, go with a set of HIDs. i have this setup and it simply rocks!!! light output is amazing!!!
i was going to say, it only took you 4 hrs!!! LOL..took me 21 hrs! my driver side is a lil off, but im going to re-do them during spring break. also need to paint my covers...the quality of the kit is pretty poor, but what can u do... theres nothin else on the market, so i guess we have to live with it...
BTW, here is a shot of what all drivers will see when ur approaching them. this is below the cutoff (I.E fully lite up region)

and here is above the cutoff region, notice, no glare.
