How do you think I would stack up against the E55 AMG? I have taken a drive in it and it feels extremely powerful. I feel like it wouldn't be much of a race. I have seen time slips for these cars under 12 seconds at around 120mph. Currently I am at 325rwhp/334 rwtq A4 with mods listed in my sig. How do you think I would do?

I wanted a 32 AMG before I considered a 'Vette. Took one for a test drive. Too cramped for me, so I started looking in other directions. I'm sure glad I did. You guys are way cooler than the SLK forum members are! And my Corvette is way cooler than the 32 AMG I drove. Fast, hell yeah! But pretty spartan in comparison. Performance-wise, the 349 HP was formiddable and probably a much closer comparison to the stock C5 than the 55 is.
The e55 wagon has 469hp and 520lbs tq. It runs 12.33 in the 1/4. It will run with a Z06 in the 1/4 and blow a regularC5 away. I know because we had one until a deer wanted a closer look. I suprised many cobras and vettes. My son used to love to sit in the rear facing third row seat when I would get on it. He said it felt like a roller coaster ride.
I car that has very similar power numbers to our cars (around 350hp, 375tq) is the AMG SLK 350. Its a two door, hardtop vert... Obviously more expensive and probably slower due to weight but probably very comparable... and a beautiful car...
I think on a road course you might win if you can get ahead of him, but on a long straight run from a stop he's going bust your b*lls. I raced one from a light recently and got spanked. I dyno'd at 331 rwhp and 354 rwtq and frequently attend HPDE track and drag events. So I would definitely put on cam/heads or a SC to get you up around mid to high 400 rwhp before I would go after one again.
