Z16
The local dealership has a Z06 Z16 sitting out front. I have one myself and really love the car. When I see it on my way to work I feel a little sad to see it out there in all the bad weather.

The dealership is in NC if you need more info send me a PM. I do think we all need to start the "Save #? Z16" fund. If you just gave a little bit we could save a piece of american history before it the weather destroys it. Just think @ 10$ a pop with every one on the forum we could let everyone drive it for a day and then send it back to the corvette museum. The title could be to the corvette forum, we could have a diary and include pictures.

How do you think it would look and run after that? It would be thrashed everyday ,modded, restored, modded, restored, track raced, drag raced, zainoed, etc. It might even be a better deal than grumpy's hat!

I hate to see a Z06 parked outside too. The dealer I bought my Z16 from must feel the same way since he gave me a decent, brand new car cover with it. However, it's only covered at night in the garage. Every clear day I drive it. It is the most fun of any Corvette I've owned. They are the closest thing to a mid sixties muscle car I've ever driven. Great cars!!

Is it in Smithfield. I saw it a week or two ago if it is.
