How to reprogram key fobs.

don't know if it works for the car battery but inside the fob it explains that when you change the fob battery you have to reprogram. should be something like stand next to the car and hold the lock and unlock buttons down together for 7 seconds...
for 5-10 seconds

Directions for this are in your Owner's Manual under "Fob Training".
I just did this last night when I replaced batteries in both fobs, but I am going by memory and don't have the manual here to check.
Turn key to On.
Press Options until you have the blank screen.
Hold Reset until you see Fob Training (on DIC)
Press Reset again once.
You will be directed to press & hold Lock & Unlock buttons simultaneously for 15 seconds.
You will then see a message saying "Fob one trained".
Repeat for the second fob.
Check your manual to double-check this, or maybe someone can check their's and post here if this sequence is correct.
