Default Howard Stern - Robin Quivers Corvette

Forget that Howard bought his parter Robin a new mercedes this morning...thats just the beginning of the story. Robin was talking about her 2004 C5 that she owns but was also talking about her and I quote: She ordered a new Z206 (yes thats what was said - a Z206) with a hand built engine that is still on backorder - she expected it last fall.

anyone every hear of a Z206? or better yet - a hand built motor? just wondering is anyone has ever heard of the hand built specifically.

Hi blesmess94 -

Yup - all LS7's are hand built by one assembler who signs the engine.

Now Z206....I dunno.....she just doesn't spend enough time at CF....

best regards -

Never heard of a Z206, but the LS7, like mentioned above, is hand built.

Maybe she means she ordered TWO Z06? That would be nice - one for the street the other for the track!

+1 Great find! That is really awesome. I was very tempted to buy a new Z06 but just do not like the new C6 body style. So, I decided to keep my '03 Z06 and have it modded to 500hp so I don't feel like I am missing anything.

Though Howard is no longer on the air, not talking about Sirrus l really do not miss him in the morning on the way to work.

In my humble opinion it is easier to lister to David Lee Roth then to listen to Robin laughing all the time.

But Howard is funnier by far, an we will miss him.

Wrong forum...but I can't stand Robin....she is such a "yes" woMAN for Howard. At least now you don't have to talk about him GOING to sirius.

HAND BUILT? I learned another thing today.

why is this the wrong forum - i am discussing a corvette - not the radio show - which just happens to be kicking a$$ on sirius.
