I like the rims and the 20s arent so much the problem....its just the backspacing. Sticking out a little looks fine if you have really wide tires. Those being only 275s just look like they have 2 inch spacers behind them.
Looks gawdy to me. Remember that the taller wheels/tires will have an effect on your overall performance, if you have the stock gear ratio. In a nutshell, taller equals slower times
Can't like 'em......but it's strictly up to you.
Leave 'em on and see how often you get pulled over for suspected crack dealing, and let that be your guide.

I'm not wild about the wheels - and I am not sure about your choice of sizing, either. A 225-30x20 on the front and a 275-30x20 on back doesn't seem like the optimal choice. And I agree with the others, a 275-30x20 in back and it sticks out that much.....wrong offset.
I just installed 275-35x18 on 9" wheels, and 305-30x19 on 10" wheels in back. How wide are those wheels? I certainly wouldn't install anything less than the stock wheel width which is 8.5" in front and 9.5" in back. Judging by the size, especially in front, I wonder about the width.
Wheels and tires are a very important component on the car. Aside from appearance (which is critical, but subjective) - braking and handling can be adversely affected by the wrong size tires and wheels, and that includes offset. On a high performance automobile like the Corvette - it is especialy critical that the sizing be appropriate for the car.
I do not like them for the same reason you don't. If that is only a 275 rear tire and it sticks out that far then it must have a zero or negative offset and it just does not look right.
A more positive offset would bring that same wheel in more and look better.
Too much chrome and bling but I like the way they fill the wheel well, though. I'd like to see a full side shot with the new front rims.

So when can I expect to see your ride bouncing up and down on the street in an MTV music video?
Seriously, I have no real opinion one way or the other. It's your car. I wouldn't put them on my car. But it's your car and I wouldn't stick my nose in the air like I smelled some bad cheese if you rolled by on the street.
