Default Need an Honest opinion...

I would like to get honest opinions on these wheels and tires,I know ,I know they are 20s and some will not like the idea,I have just put the rears on as I am waiting for the front tires to come in,the rears are 275/30/20s with the front being 225/30/20 I personally dont like them but I will install the fronts and see how it rides and drives, the offset is not exactly right ,I think that is mostly why I dont like them.anyways be honest,I can take it.

Nope, sorry, not for me. I think it's too big and way to much chrome on the Vette

OK ... I guess I'll break the trend here ... I think I like them. I'd like to see a full side pic (I know, you can't do that now since you don't have the fronts) to see the 'whole package' and get some idea of if they are really too big or not. As for now, I'm leaning to liking them.

Definitely need to see the whole thing. Some big azz rotors on the back might make the wheels not so daunting. But really need to see it outside and the whole car.

I do not like them for the same reason you don't. If that is only a 275 rear tire and it sticks out that far then it must have a zero or negative offset and it just does not look right.

A more positive offset would bring that same wheel in more and look better.

I will take some pics of the side when I get the fronts on,I really dont like them myself and I will be selling them, but now since everyone knows about them who will I get to buy them...lol But I really dont think they are the ghetto look as some are implying,Thats is definetly one look I was worried about...lol and It wont be seen on my street if it looks like that. Well I got my eye on some C6 chrome replicas 18/19 combo, definetly much better. thanks again

they don't look bad, on a dark vette with tint, most large chrome rims look cool.

Were these the wheels that were for sale somewhere not too long ago. Im iffy on them, i like most people have said have to see them all on. I think there ok, but think they may be better suited on a big body car, only because of the style wheel, i'm not against 20's on a Vette i think it looks great with a deep rear dish.

275 is skinny on the back!
225 on the front, what were you thinking?
...and you got a deal on em right?
Tires sticking out... I love that 60's look!
Do it right the first time, or fogetaboutit!
