I am having a problem with my seat(driverside).The other day when got in to my car realized that my seat was not staying steady.It was moving up and down i tried to stop that with the buttons but it didn`t work i heard it working but not moving.Gears r just making noise not functioning.I knew something was wrong.I stuck my hand underneath of the seat and found a broken plastic piece (like a L shape)with a metal in it.I don t know where it came from but is was definetly from the seat.And now evry time i brake or push to the gas pedal my seat is just moving up and down.It`s driving me crazy. How can i fix it.What r my options besides dealer.Can any one help me thnks.

You have the rocking seat problem, it's very common. Search and you will find some DIY fixes or the dealer can replace the tracks, it is expensive though.
Just some additional info to add to your clue bag. I had the rocking seat problem where the driver's seat nudges forward on braking and backward on acceleration. Fortunately, I have a bumper to bumper warranty with zero deductible, so I took it to my friendly dealer. He replaced the entire motorized assembly in a couple of hours. It cost the warranty company over $1000. Cost of the assembly alone was over $750. Just food for thought.
