Painting them yourself will be the cheapest, but if you don't have that talent, see if you can send your current ones in for painting. Will at least save you the cost of the FRCs. ChevyChad does good work - lots of examples of his on the forum.
Go to AutoZone and get some VHT paint, get some 600 sand paper and just paint them! If you don't like it or if it runs, sand it off and try it again. Soon you'll be an expert.

Do it yourself if you just want a solid color. Here is the best website I have seen as far as instructions on what to do. And you don't need to get the 1200-1500 degree paint either, as the FRCs don't get THAT hot. 500 will do you just fine.
