off the topic, but do you have the rear pillar painted to match your windows? I was under the impression they were always the same color as the car. I really like the look!

Where I live you can't go a block without seeing a Corvette. Some wave, some don't. But it makes you happy when they do.

Always nice to get a wave! Nice pics & videos!
When I was a kid, we called those railroad things "put-put cars", not the Vettes, we just called them bad!!

I have a solid top (I'm bald and worried about sunburn) and both the top and the pillar (halo ?) are painted gloss black as is the rear.

Never even noticed the back. Looks like a completely different color car if seen only in the rear.

Another off topic question, how's the vette tow. Always seems like a taboo here on the forum to pull anything. Don't know how much the speeder weighs, but i considered pulling a jet ski with mine, total weight around 800 lbs, tongue weight around 85. How much does the speeder weigh, or the riding lawn mower?

Who's going to post the picture of the sunken MY coupe at the launch with the jet ski? Be careful of no traction at the boat ramp.

Yesterday was nice here. Waved to three Vettes in less than two miles on 202 in Bucks County. They each waved back. It does work!

My trailer hitch is from Draw Tite and is rated at 2,000 pounds. It is nicely engineered but does require driling a few holes. I had it installed at a local hitch shop and they had no problems.

As I mentioned eariler, I have no problems at all towing my trailer with a lawnmower on it. It is low and more or less out of the air stream. The speeder is a giant air brake and drops my gas milage down to 11 or 12 mpg at highway speeds.

Great Doxy, Trainman. I had a mini smooth and a standard wire that we used to show.
