I did my Borlas in the driveway by myself in about 2 hrs. If you've to a decent floor jack and some stands you can do it yourself. It's even easier if you don't want to save the old ones. Then you just cut them off and install the new ones. I saved my old ones.
Sounds about right to me. The average owner can do it in about 1.5 hours or less with a buddy. I would think the "highly trained technicians" at the dealer ought to take 4.5 hours.
took us 40 minutes including the ramps, then jacking, and jack stands. The passenger side was kinda tight to wiggle it out. If we did the ZO6 setup in less than an hour, I would say the dealer time would be about 4 to 5 hours....I think they abuse Vette owners to keep them away.
