Would these be Quality wheels? (link inside)

Over the winter i bought the OEM centre caps and when they go on in the spring, no one will be able to tell
I can assure you that Looks have absolutely no baring on the quality of the wheel... there are many cheap processes out there.,.. the casting process is not a forging process. Cast wheels are light, cost to test each piece makes a quality wheel.. when you take out quality testing, and quality process, the results can be devistating..Being an automotive engineer for 45 years I know what goes into the manufacturing process, and what it cost to bring a quality wheel to the assembly floor. I have already seen the damage caused by inferior wheels. WE at GM saw the original Y2K wheels @ 350 dollars a copy start to crack after being in the field for just a few months we quickly changed manufacturers with ISO 9000 quality management systems and Quality control including SPC data supplied with each shipment. The profit margin on quality wheels is what pays for keeping the process stable when you take out all those things that make a quality wheel quality , you get a cheap wheel.. You are letting your pocket book dictate what quality is...Looks mean nothing when it comes to quality. Looks are aesthetic, quality is structural integrity.
you cant see that from the outside.
