They are HRE 547s. There are tons of C5s' with those wheels, usually in 11" or 12" wide. Merlins are 19x14, custom made. Made by using two inner 7" barrels. 7" lip, 7" backspacing.

I remember the build-up of that car. He spent a fortune on it and then posted it for sale almost as soon as it was finished. I was thinking of this car the other day when someone posted the thread on whether you'd trade the C5 for a C3. For that one - yes.
