My car already has a cam, but its very small, it has hardened pushrods, etc, ported heads, all the goodies, underdrive pulley, etc
My question is how much would it cost to switch to a bigger cam? My car already has all the right stuff for a cam, but i want something bigger, my car only put down 407rwhp, i want 430+
My car has a similar (small) cam and is making 457 rwhp & 421 tq (the dyno sheet is in my pictures) My mods include AFRs, LTs, CAI, cam, hi-flo cats, FAST 90/90.
What made the difference was the tuning - might want to look into AFR's or Patriot head and a good tune.

Good luck!
forgot about this thread, but holy crap that is a lot more power then me, my car too has lts, borla exhaust, vararam, underdrive pulley, hi flow cats, maybe i just need a tune, i believe the previous owner had the car tuned by a predator, im sure a real tune can be much better

Your cam is too small and get an G5X3 cam on a 114 lsa and springs from LGM and for about $1,500 more installed you will be making 430 to 450 rwhp (depending on how good you heads are), and will still maintain great streetability. Throw on some good heads (not saying yours are bad) like AFR 205s and you will be right around 450rwhp!
